How much should we budget for a planner?
Most full-service couples invest a set portion of their overall wedding budget in planning and production. The best next step is a consultation, where we can give you a real figure built around your guest count, venue, and vision.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes. We plan destination weddings and travel throughout Florida and beyond. Travel fees apply for weddings outside the Jacksonville area, and we handle the logistics so the distance never falls on you.
How far in advance should we book?
For full-service planning, the earlier the better, ideally nine to twelve months out. We take a limited number of weddings each season, so dates go quickly. Day-of coordination can begin closer to the wedding.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We build a comfortable payment schedule into your agreement so your investment is spread out over the months leading up to the wedding.
Do you take corporate events?
Yes, and it is where Party With The Smiths started. We produce galas, company celebrations, launches and fundraisers across Jacksonville, including productions of 400 guests and more. Corporate work is quoted to scope rather than to a package.
Is there a minimum size for a social celebration?
No. We take everything from a twenty-person dinner party to a full quinceañera. The scope changes, the standard does not. Tell us the occasion and the guest count and we will build the right level of support around it.
What is the difference between full-service and partial?
Full-service makes us your partner from day one, handling everything from design through execution. Partial planning steps in when you have already made progress and want expert support to finish strong and run the day.

Sometimes the celebration is small on purpose, twenty people around one table or an evening at home you want to feel considered rather than thrown together. The catch is that the smaller it is, the more of the hosting falls directly on you, and you end up in the kitchen while your guests are in the other room. We handle the design, the food, the rentals and the service so the evening runs itself. You pour the first drink, sit down, and stay in the conversation until the last guest leaves.
